Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic offers services to our patients that encompass a wide variety of healthcare needs for all ages from sick visits to  wellness visits, minor surgery and obstetrics care.  DFMC also offers immunizations and Texas Health Step Physicals as part of our wellness care for the community.

We have five family practice providers at DFMC, each with a unique insight to medicine and       healthcare.  Along with our providers we have a staff of registered nurses, licensed professional nurses, nurse assistants and knowledgeable office personnel.

Appointments are scheduled from 8:30—11:30 am and 1—4:30 pm in the afternoon.  The telephones are answered from 7:30 am—5:00 pm and receptionists are available during the noon hour.

DFMC also hosts two weekly specialty clinics, podiatry and cardiology.

Located just south of the Hospital on 16th street, Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic offers comprehensive, preventative and continuing healthcare for the entire family.  Aside from caring for those that are sick or injured, they provide care for biological, behavioral and social problems as well.
