Located just south of the Hospital on 16th street, the Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic offers services to our patients that encompass a wide variety of healthcare needs for all ages including:

•  Sick and wellness visits
•  Minor surgery
•  Obstetrics care
•  Immunizations 
•  Texas Health Step Physicals
•  Behavioral and social problems
•  Comprehensive preventative and continuing healthcare for the entire family

We have five family practice providers at DFMC, each with a unique insight to medicine and healthcare.  Along with our providers we have a staff of registered nurses, licensed professional nurses, nurse assistants and knowledgeable office personnel.

Appointments are scheduled from 8:30—11:30 am and 1—4:30 pm in the afternoon.  The telephones are answered from 7:30 am—5:00 pm and receptionists are available during the noon hour.

DFMC also hosts two weekly specialty clinics, podiatry and cardiology.  Please call the DFMC for appointments.
